Turning a complex CRM into a clearer experience.

Our client approached us with an established CRM product that had grown organically over time. Although the platform supported important sales and customer workflows, the experience had become increasingly difficult to navigate.

Orbilect Labs redesigned the product experience across web and mobile, focusing on information architecture, usability, visual hierarchy and workflow efficiency.

04PRIMARY FOCUSProduct UI/UX Redesign

More features shouldn't mean
more friction.

The product contained the functionality users needed, but navigating that functionality required too many steps.

Action

We consolidated related actions and information so users could reach important workflows with fewer decisions.

01

Fragmented navigation

Important customer information was distributed across multiple areas of the product.

02

Information overload

Dense interfaces made it harder for users to identify what required attention.

03

Mobile limitations

The mobile experience needed to support fast actions without replicating the complexity of desktop.

From first workshop
to product-ready designs.

We structured the redesign around focused discovery, UX architecture, interface design and iterative validation.

Privacy & intellectual property

We sign NDAs and respect our clients' privacy and intellectual property. The screens shown here are conceptual representations based on the product direction. We share an idea of the work, not actual client data, based on mutual agreement.

Less noise.
More direction.

The redesigned experience uses stronger hierarchy, contextual actions and modular components to make complex CRM workflows feel easier to understand.

01
Information hierarchy

Important metrics and actions are surfaced where users naturally expect them.

02
Consistent components

Reusable UI patterns create consistency across web and mobile experiences.

03
Action-oriented workflows

Common CRM actions were reduced to shorter, clearer interaction paths.

Client confidentiality matters.

We sign NDA agreements and respect client privacy, confidential information and intellectual property. For this case study, the visual direction is intentionally illustrative rather than presenting real customer records, private business information or proprietary data.

A cleaner product
with stronger foundations.

The redesign established a more scalable experience for the client's evolving CRM product while making everyday workflows easier to navigate.

01Clearer navigation

Core customer, sales and activity workflows were reorganized around how users actually move through the product.

02Responsive experience

Desktop and mobile experiences now share a consistent product language.

03Reusable design system

Components were structured to make future product expansion faster and more consistent.

04
Better decision visibility

Dashboards and analytics were redesigned to help users understand performance without digging through dense screens.

The redesign gave our product a much clearer direction. The team understood the complexity of our workflows and translated them into an experience that feels significantly easier to use.
