THE CHALLENGE
Healthcare was becoming increasingly digital, but the experience was fragmented.
In 2018, the client approached Orbilect with a problem that extended far beyond building another healthcare website.
Their existing operations were spread across disconnected systems. Patient information lived in different places, appointment workflows required manual coordination, doctors lacked a unified workspace and administrators had limited visibility into operational performance.
