SCROLL TO EXPLORE

A mobile racing world built around momentum.

We partnered with a New Jersey-based client to conceptualize and build a two-person Android racing game focused on speed, vehicle progression and replayable competitive gameplay.

The project was designed as a complete mobile gaming experience rather than simply a collection of race tracks. Every major touchpoint — from the opening screen and garage to race HUD, progression, vehicle selection and completion screens — was designed to feel connected.

The result is a compact but feature-rich racing platform with 24 race events, 18 vehicles, six major campaign environments and a progression system that gradually introduces more demanding tracks and opponents.

Creating speed that feels natural on mobile.

Racing games require a careful balance between responsiveness, visual impact and simplicity. On mobile, that challenge becomes even more important because players interact through a small touch surface while expecting split-second feedback.

01

Touch-First Controls

Controls needed to remain intuitive without sacrificing the precision expected from a racing experience.

02

Performance

3D environments, vehicle effects and animations had to remain performant across a broad range of Android devices.

03

Progression

The campaign needed enough variation to encourage players to keep progressing without making early races overwhelming.

04

Visual Identity

The interface and game environments needed a recognizable visual language across every screen.

Six chapters.
Twenty-four races.

The game was structured as a progressive racing campaign. Each chapter introduces a different visual environment, racing style and difficulty curve.

0101

Rookie Run

Players begin their journey through a series of introductory street races designed to teach acceleration, braking, drifting and overtaking.

0202

City Rush

High-speed urban circuits introduce tighter corners, traffic obstacles, shortcuts and increasingly aggressive AI competitors.

0303

Desert Velocity

Long desert tracks shift the focus toward top speed, vehicle control and strategic use of boost mechanics.

0404

Night Circuit

Neon-lit nighttime races combine limited visibility, sharp turns and faster opponents for a more demanding driving experience.

0505

Mountain Drift

Technical mountain roads challenge players to master controlled drifting and corner exits.

0606

Championship

The final championship combines multiple track types and elite opponents into a multi-event progression finale.

Built around eighteen machines.

The vehicle system was designed to give each class a distinct identity. Players could compare performance characteristics before selecting a car for the next event.

Opening Screen

A cinematic opening interface establishes the game's identity with animated lighting, vehicle motion and layered navigation controls.

Designed for the driver's eye.

The UI/UX system was designed around a simple principle: players should understand what to do next without interrupting the momentum of the game.

Information hierarchy, touch targets, motion, feedback states and transitions were carefully structured for a mobile-first racing environment.
